I've worn glasses since I was 8 years old. I still remember going to the eye doctor and getting my first pair. There were so many to choose from! I would have spent hours and hours just picking out a pair if my parents didn't hurry me along. I was so excited when Cohen's reached out to me to style a few of their on-trend glasses. I went to the store in Flatironand had that same feeling as when I was a little girl picking out frames. It was so hard to choose! I decided on two pairs; round tortoise frames from Ray Ban and an oversized pair from Miu Miu with gorgeous gem detailing on the arms. I styled one casual look for the tortoise frames and one more feminine outfit for the black pair.
The tortoise pair from Ray Ban have an adorable nerdy vibe to them so I styled them with a simple back-to-school outfit. The black v-neck, denim skirt and white oxfords have a schoolgirl vibe that highlights the tortoise frames.
For the chic black pair from Miu Miu I wore a girly gingham dress with red bow pumps. I love the oversized look of these glasses which balances the bling.
